Pioneer Coffee Roasting Company, LLC is a company that sets the standard in all facets of the Coffee Service Industry starting from green bean selection all the way through a finished product in the consumer’s cup. Pioneer maintains only business practices that are lucrative, ethical and uncompromisingly serve to create security for all company shareholders: Principals, Customers, Employees, Business Partners, the Environment and the Community. Pioneer defines its competitive advantage through buying, selling, supplying, and using only quality and boutique products and services as well as persistently reducing waste, and increasing purchasing, production, sales, marketing, and distribution efficiencies through consolidation of the coffee industry by horizontal, vertical, and market extension acquisitions.

Pioneer is wholesale: Just like it was done in the old days, Pioneer uses multiple small-batch roasters, and roasts per order. We do this so our customers receive the coffee at its flavor peak. Our Master Roaster tends to each and every roast to ensure the essence of the coffee and the rich characteristics are released at the optimum roasting time. Our handcrafted blends create a distinctive flavor that reflects the care given with small batch roasting. Pioneer Coffee Roasting Co. was established in 2000 in Cle Elum, Washington. In 2009 the company was voted Best Small Business by the SBCAA in the Roasted Coffee Category. This kind of achievements can be attributed to Pioneer’s relentless committed to its customers, employees, and to the community and the environment.

Pioneer’s employee policy requires that the company culture is built on individual and group motivation and synergistic, out-of-the-box thinking inspired by a young, energetic work force. This work force is supplied with the proper tools and dynamic work spaces to complete their tasks to the best of their abilities. Pioneer Coffee conducts business in accordance with our responsibility to each other, to the community and to the environment. This responsibility, or commission, is to return value, in addition to our products and services, to the community and environment within which we are able to conduct a lucrative business. In order to follow thru with this commission, Pioneer recycles and reuses products to reduce waste and increase global resource sustainability. We also create fundraisers and contribute to fundraisers that, in turn, contribute to supporting members of the community who are less fortunate as well as contribute to educational opportunities for poverty-level children. Also, Pioneer donates to several local programs such as a summertime basketball tournament that fosters team and character development in children of all ages as well as a safe and fun alternative for children to choose to pass their time.
